We do not accept returns and refunds for ‘no reason‘ and we also do not accept returns and refunds for ‘I don’t like it‘ after receiving the item.

Damages and issues

Before each item or package is shipped out, we carefully inspect it and take photos or videos as evidence of the product or package being in good condition.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
